"Slow replies and felt like a bot was involved"
I emailed them twice about my order and didn’t hear back until days later. When they finally replied, it felt rushed and didn’t really solve anything. it had that automated-system vibe I can’t stand, where you’re technically getting an answer but not an actual person paying attention to the problem.

"Kind of a frustrating ordering experience"
I had mixed feelings about this order. The checkout part was easy enough and everything seemed fine at first, but after that I barely got any updates, which was frustrating. When I reached out to support, they took a while to respond too. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it felt like more hassle than it was worth, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Wish I hadn’t wasted my time"
I tried using yourroutine.com i kind of regret spending as much time on it as I did. Right away, the pages felt confusing, and I kept second-guessing where I was supposed to click next.
A lot of the buttons didn’t really explain what they were for, and getting things set up took way longer than I expected. I ended up going back and forth just to do stuff that should’ve been simple, which got frustrating fast.

Maybe other people have an easier time with it, but it really didn’t work for me. I wish I had stopped sooner instead of trying to figure it out for so long. I eventually gave up. 1 star.

"I paid way too much for this. Thought..."
I paid way too much for this. Thought it would be better. It wasn’t. Just felt like I got a lot less than what I was expecting. Disappointing.

"Box arrived smashed"
My order showed up with the box badly crushed, and one of the items was leaking inside. I double-checked the email receipt to make sure everything was correct, and for the price I paid, it was frustrating to see there was basically no padding in the box. The packaging definitely needs to be better.

"Shipping was faster than I expected"
I ordered from yourroutine.com and my stuff showed up quicker than I thought it would. I can’t remember if I placed the order on a Tuesday or Wednesday, but the tracking updated regularly the whole time. It did arrive maybe a day later than the first estimate, but that wasn’t really a big deal for me. Overall, I was happy with how fast everything got here

"Not worth the hassle for the ingredients"
I gave this a try for about a month, but I wasn’t impressed. For the price, the ingredients seemed basic, and seeing some fillers on the label really put me off. I had to spend extra time checking what was actually in it, which felt annoying when I expected better quality upfront. Definitely won’t be buying it again.

"Not really sure what it was supposed to do"
I used this for about 2 months i’m kind of confused because I didn’t notice any difference at all. I kept waiting for something to change, but nothing really happened. The packaging was nice, I guess, but it felt like that’s mostly what I was paying for. I won’t be ordering it again.

I gave it a try, and the recommendations didn’t feel very tailored to me. A lot of them seemed kind of random, like they could’ve been meant for anyone. I guess it might work better for other people, but for me it wasn’t quite the right fit.

I tried to return it, and I’m completely convinced the refund took way longer than it should have. Support kept giving me these vague, non-answers every time I reached out, it made the whole thing feel way more frustrating than necessary.

Gave it a few days, but nope. Taste was rough—chalky, too sweet, and the texture stayed gritty no matter how much I mixed it. Couldn’t get through the bag.

"Good service, but canceling was frustrating"
I had mixed feelings about this. The service itself wasn’t bad, but trying to cancel my subscription was really frustrating. I went through the cancellation process twice and thought it was taken care of, but then I still got charged the next month. Definitely left me feeling annoyed.
